Am o problema cu”Operating system found”

Am un laptop Hp dv9700 cind se aprinde imi apare Operating system found" nu pot nici sa intru in boot sa instalez windowsu de pe cd sau stick....cind intru in bios hdd mi-l citeste...dar nu pot sa instalez...
