De ceva timp primesc următoarea eroare , „Cannot start service from the command line or debugger. A Windows Service must first be installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with the Server Explorer,Windows Service Administrative tools or the NET start command” , îmi explicați și mie ce trebuie să fac ? Vă rog frumos , sunt disperat , am schimbat sistemul de operare de nu știu câte ori și tot nu merge .
