Incearca un system restore prima data.

First, please check your startup items from Task Manager. If any item is not necessary, please disable it.
If the issue persists, then perform clean boot to check the result.
1. Press Win+R to call Run box. Type msconfig and click OK to start the System Configuration utility.
2. On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box.
3. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
4. Click OK, and then click Restart.

Disable ‘Windows Event Log’ under the services tab in msconfig.

Vezi care dintre programele care ti se deschid deodata cu windowsul iti poate da mesajul. Asta o faci dezactivand rand pe rand cate unul, apoi il reactivezi. Ca sa dezactivezi un program, descarca de pe net Startup Manager.
