Nu pot porni serverul apache, imi apare

In fisierul logs nu gasesc nimic.
Am schimbat si portul care sa il foloseasca din fisierul httpd, din 80 in 8080.
In cmd nu imi arata ca portul 80 ar fi folosit de vreun program.
Am router de la romtelecom, HG520b.
Am incercat sa fac si port forwarding in router pentru portul 80, dar apoi nu mai puteam accesa de loc interfata „web configator” cu 192.168.1.1 in bara de adrese (am fost nevoit sa resetez modemul).
