Salut! Am mai adus odata problema asta pe intreaba.videotutorial.ro dar nam primit ajutor si de atunci am mai cautat pe google dar nam gasit ceva care sa-mi rezolve problema.Am o imprimanta Cannon Pixma MP230,iar cand dau sa printeze cv. apare urmatoarea fereastra: http://scr.hu/0kmb/1vq49 si ramane asa…nu se mai intampla nimic..Nu stiti ce ar putea avea?Imprimanta si cartusele sunt noi.Driverul e instalat.Am pe calculator Windows xp professional SP3 32-bit si incerc sa printez din Microsoft Office 2007 (Word).

Incearca sa resetezi imprimanta .Posibil sa mearga .
Turn off printer. Hold down Stop/Reset button with one hand and turn printer on with other hand. After green light comes on for the ON button, press the Stop/Reset button two times and you should see the green light blink off and the orange alarm light blink „on” with the first press and then the green light comes back on for the power button and the orange light goes off with the second press (if you did it correctly). Now, you need to hold down the ON button about five seconds, then let go to shut OFF the printer. When you turn it back on, the printer should be back to the factory original condition.
